Why

With staff in more than 100 locations around the globe, operating as one team in such a geographically dispersed organization requires a world class collaboration solution.

What

Unique World undertook a business consulting engagement with Austrade to understand their vision and their collaboration requirements. From these requirements, we designed a Global Collaboration Portal solution.

Using an Agile development approach, we were able to showcase the basic concepts to key Austrade stakeholders via a prototype. We then refined the design based on their feedback, and implemented the full feature-rich portal solution.

Now

Austrade’s Collaboration Portal is now deployed across their global user base. The portal has been extremely successful in improving collaboration and communication across Austrade staff and members, as per their vision.
