This client is a global Fortune 500 company with over 30,000 employees. The company manufactures and market a broad range of food products for Australian and New Zealand markets, including some of our best loved breakfast brands! 

Why

In 2001, faced with security and quality issues with its online environment, the client initially outsourced its web development and hosting to Unique World.  During the following eleven years, as Unique World has grown, we are proud to have continued to adapt to the changing demands of this global marketing leading organisation.  

How

Unique World first worked on the design and development of an award-winning website for the client in 2000.

At the end of 2001, Unique World was selected (following a competitive tender) as the dedicated web/technology partner, and the first major project was to build and launch a totally new corporate website.

Unique World has now hosted this site for 10 years, and continues to provide support and maintenance for a number of web properties, including the corporate site and several individual product sites.  Included within the hosting is the maintenance of staging infrastructure for deployment and testing of website changes.

Unique World has worked with brand and promotions agencies, establishing a set of Internet project processes that leverage the benefits of centralized development and infrastructure management, as well as the significant benefits of the creative agency’s concept development and execution excellence. 

Now 

Utilising Unique World’s governance process, the client’s internet environment has been managed, stable and security issue free for 11 years. 

Unique World works closely with the IT Department to ensure web properties are maintained in a stable and secure environment.  We also act as trusted technology partner for other IT related projects, including an IT Strategy Review.

Between 2007 and 2012 Unique World has also delivered a number of SharePoint 2007 based intranet solutions to the Asia-Pacific regional operations of this famous company.  Solutions included document management systems, team collaboration sites, Lotus notes migration solutions, and more recently, an Asia-Pacific wide Quality Management System (QMS).
