Founder of Unique World, Eddie continues to run the Unique World business following its acquisition by Jacobs. As Executive Director he drives Unique World’s strategy and execution whilst strengthening the company’s leadership in delivering world-class Enterprise Collaboration Solutions to clients. Drawing on a background in technology, Eddie is passionate about making a difference in the world and how knowledge, information management and collaboration can deliver significant bottom line improvements to an enterprise.
Eddie is an active participant in the IT industry. He has very close relationships with key industry players like Microsoft and AIIA, and is actively involved in business through memberships of AIIA, TEC the Great Game of Business Mastermind group. Stuart Spencer
Sales and Marketing Director
With over 15 years’ experience in UK and Australian IT markets, Stuart leads a team of senior Sales Executives delivering Australia’s leading Information and Knowledge Management solutions to complex enterprises. Stuart has a BA (Hons) in Business Information Systems and is currently completing a Master of Business and Entrepreneurship at Sydney University. Before joining Unique World in 2010, Stuart enjoyed various leadership roles for GE Capital IT Solutions and Computacenter in the UK and more recently he ran Northern Region Sales for Gen-i in Australia.
Nicholas Nicolaides
General Manager, Consulting Services
Nicholas is responsible for overseeing Business Consulting, Architecture, Technical Consulting and Support Services at Unique World, having previously held Management & Senior Program Management roles. Prior to joining Unique World, Nicholas worked with Dell Emerging Countries EMEA, Ford of Europe and Reuters UK & EMEA. Nicholas is passionate about project delivery, quality, customer and staff satisfaction and continual process improvement. He has an Honours Degree in Business Economics and is a member of the Project Management Institute.
Matthew Lang
Head of Business Consulting
Matthew joined Unique World to oversee development and growth of Business Consulting capabilities in Information Management, enterprise collaboration, intranet/portal development and workflow services to Microsoft SharePoint 2010 client base across Australia. A qualified managment accountant, Matthew has over 32 years management consulting experience with major global firms, PWC, Ernst & Young, Capgemini and Deloitte.
Ian Pridham
Head of Projects
Ian leads a team of experienced project and program managers responsible for delivering information management strategies and solutions. He has a depth of Information Technology experience acquired over 24 years primarily in the media-communications and finance industries. He’s introduced and managed innovative project management techniques including cross functional, cross vendor collaboration sites, agile development processes and concise, transparent project reporting. Ian utilises his business transformation and general management skills to deliver tangible business outcomes in challenging business and technological environments.
Rob Cheyne
Head of Technical Consulting
Rob has been with Unique World since 2004 and heads up the Technical Consulting team which comprises of more than 30 Architects and Consultants. Rob has over 15 years’ experience in Technical Consulting, Solution Architecture and Delivery, and is responsible for Unique World’s technical standards, implementation methodologies and Quality Assurance. He also oversees the delivery of outstanding solutions and services to Unique World clients. As well as his day to day quality assurance and strategic leadership responsibilities for Unique World, Rob also provides Enterprise Architecture and Strategic IT consultancy services to clients and additionally supports Microsoft in a part-time capacity as a SharePoint vTSP, directly supporting Microsoft account teams with client engagements, specialising in Lotus Notes to Microsoft migration and SharePoint Architecture.
Stewart Neale
Support Services Manager
Stewart leads a team of highly skilled and professional career support consultants with specialities in SharePoint, SQL, development and infrastructure. He has over 17 years of experience in working in Support and Support Management starting with global insurance companies in the UK and moving to IT Consultancy’s and Engineering Consultancy’s in Australia. During that time he had held positions including IT Manager, Client Services Manager and Operations Manager. These diverse roles have given Stewart a holistic view of support procedures and process. He especially enjoys delivering beyond the customer expectations and adding clear value with the Support service.
Kate Dawkins
Human Resources Manager
Kate joined Unique World in 2010 where she heads up the human resources and recruitment function. Originally from the UK, Kate has worked in recruitment and human resources in Australia since 1997. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree as well as qualifications in human resources. In previous roles Kate has worked for two major recruitment agencies as a recruitment consultant as well as in roles responsible for business development and internal training. Kate developed her HR skills and experience at News Limited, working for The Cairns Post and CareerOne as well as establishing a broad understanding of the IT industry working for companies such as Alphawest and CIBER.
Maria Centino
Finance and Administration Manager
Maria joined Unique World in November 2007 as Assistant Accountant and is now responsible for all financial, statutory, accounting, office and administration matters. Prior to joining Unique World, Maria worked overseas as an Accountant with multinational companies. She holds two degrees – a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Economics and a Bachelor of Accountancy – and holds CPA membership in the Philippines and in Australia.
