Managing the end to end information lifecycle for core organisational intellectual property in order to comply with legislation and to leverage corporate knowledge to improve decision making and unlock value.

The Solution

Capral engaged Unique World to implement the Capral Corporate Intelligence Centre, a SharePoint based enterprise information portal whose use would ensure that important information was managed throughout its lifetime in a controlled and visible way, enabling timely decision making through the use of automatic notifications aligned to business process workflows whilst maintaining secure access to information at all times. The solution was delivered using Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 and has delivered benefits in knowledge management, collaboration, governance and compliance.

The Benefit

Since launch in late 2007, the uptake of the solution has been solid and more information processes are being captured across the solution so that all information relevant to the vendor, client, etc… is located in the one place with the appropriate controls on that information.
