Eddie Geller

Chief Executive Officer / Managing Director
As founder and Chief Executive Officer of Unique World Group, Eddie drives the company's vision and strategy whilst strengthening Unique World's leadership in delivering world-class products and solutions to clients.

Eddie has been instrumental in Unique World’s success over the years and is an active participant in the IT industry. Eddie is a director of the AIIA, a member of the AIIA NSW Committee and Chairman of the NSW.NET ICT Cluster.

Elon Aizenstros

Executive Director
As Director, Strategy and Business Development, Elon has been instrumental in developing the Unique world business model; playing a principal role in the management of key vendor and customer relationships, whilst simultaneously managing Unique World’s strategic evolution and brand positioning.

Prior to joining Unique World Elon held roles at Telstra as a Game Theorist/Econometrician within the Mobiles Division and at Energy Australia as Executive Analyst within and then Risk Manager of the Commodity and Financial Markets

David Castree

General Manager, Consulting Services
As General Manager of Consulting, David manages Unique World’s information management consulting professionals and is responsible for project delivery, capability development, quality assurance, and client satisfaction.

Prior to joining Unique World in October 2004, David worked for Synergy Plus, as a Services Manager and at Adaptive International building their technology consulting practice. He has significant experience in leading and managing professional services teams and in the software development lifecycle.

John Marinos

Chief Financial Officer
John joined Unique World as its Chief Financial Officer in July 2001 and now performs the dual role of Company Secretary sitting on the Unique World board. John helps to guide Unique World's financial decisions when it comes to both operational and strategic development.

Previous to his work with Unique World, having graduated with both a Bachelor of Economics and a Master of Tax Law, John commenced his professional career working with firms such as Ernst & Young and has extensive corporate experience providing tax and advice to international companies within the IT industry.
